We’re all about creating characters, comics, worlds and artwork people genuinely get excited about. Before we jump into a project together, here are a few simple guidelines that help keep everything smooth for both of us.
By using this website or working with ArizoMax Studio, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & Pricing
Every project is different, so every quote is custom.
Pricing depends on things like complexity, style, deadline, revisions and overall scope. Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if project requirements change.
Payments
Most projects require an upfront payment before work begins.
For larger projects, we may split payments into milestones agreed upon before production starts.
Work begins only after the required payment has been received.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included based on the package or agreement.
Major changes after approval or requests that change the original project direction may require additional charges.
Project Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are provided before production starts.
While we always do our best to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occasionally happen due to project complexity, revisions, personal emergencies, or technical issues.
If anything changes, we’ll always keep you updated.
Client Responsibilities
To help us do our best work, we ask that you:
Provide clear project information.
Send references if available.
Respond to feedback requests in a reasonable time.
Review previews carefully before approving them.
The clearer your vision is, the smoother the project usually goes.
Copyright & Ownership
You always keep ownership of your original ideas, characters and intellectual property.
The final artwork may only be used according to the usage rights agreed upon before the project begins.
Source files (.PSD, .BLEND, etc.) are not included by default unless discussed and purchased separately.
Portfolio Rights
We love showing the work we’re proud of.
Unless we’ve agreed otherwise, ArizoMax Studio may display completed artwork on our website, portfolio or social media.
If your project is private or under NDA, just let us know before we begin and we’ll happily keep it confidential.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because every project is created specifically for each client, completed work cannot be refunded.
If a project is cancelled after work has already started, refunds (if any) will depend on how much work has already been completed.
Any completed work delivered before cancellation remains billable.
Communication
Most communication happens through email, Discord or other agreed platforms.
We do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but response times may vary depending on workload, weekends or holidays.

All artwork, branding, text, graphics and other content on this website belong to ArizoMax Studio unless stated otherwise.
